1. Overview

I'm back. I have a little bit more time; not much, but a little. Posts will be seldom at best, but the fact that I'm back still has me baffled. I promised I would bring a new region in to light - that region was partly damaged due to file transfer, so only a handful of cities had survived as a result. But fortunately, I was able to develop a small "provincial" region with over 1,200,000 residents.
