 Demand has increased a lot because of the high tech industry and now new districts are needed.The new district that people

were building when the sandstorms hit was finished.

The other new district was done a little far away from the other districts and was only offices:

The new district needed to be amplified so they built new residential apartments round the district.

The residential demand still kept going up so a new district was built between the two newest districts:

The high yellow skyscraper in the middle of the new district has been made by timcravey, he makes very cool buildings.

Nope, has been around for months.  There's going to be more BATs in SM Beta3, and the list of 144 finalized builidings had increased cuase of more members helping our project.
