The dirty industry had gone  too far, the air is now breathless and riots are apearing because of this:

This produces a lot of polution, it took a little time to gain the money the people needed to destroy the dirty industrial sector and replace it by a comercial, residential and high tech industrial sector. Meanwihle, a huge police station had been constructed to encourage people to not make so much riots because of the pollution.

A highschool had been constructed too to have high tech industry demand and to have high tech industry workers.

An avenue has replaced the road that joined the two sectors to allow the workers to get to work and from work quicker:

The somy center and the Plymouth center are the only high tech industries for the moment

Looking good! I even like the trees, but isn't that a Maxis lot?  Did you put it in your plugins or did it grow on its own?

timcravey, that's a maxis lot, its a comercial one that growed by itself, maybe we should tell amdisart about this
