A Developing Town

 The town has grown beyond expectations. The population is now 15,000 thats right 15,000! People have flooded the city looking for opportunities to build families. Highway usage has increased ten-fold. BP (British Petroleum) has opened a new oil plant on the land mass north of the town. The manufacturing industry has also opened employing people. This is a good start to the town. Now we must look toward expansion from a town to a city. This town will be a hub of expansion in the region. People will used this area as a temporary area till they find a place to settle. Now lets look at some pictures of the developing town.

i say fully colonize the island. as you said before, it will be like a stepping stone for other developments in the region.

I think you should embrace the American spirit and spread out across as much land as possible. It's Manifest Destiny. Take everything you can. So, in other words, colinize the rest of Keyston.

nice job so far, however before you build up build up, develop some more towns along interstate 5 and I probably would zone for medium density on the island yet.  Also, have an idea of where you want the downtown to be.  Like it so far.

you gotta change the files for the RHW 'lights and barriers' add-on, it doesn't look right..also most "towns" or lower density populated areas don't have ports...ports are found in higher stage industrial districts where distributing products by trailer trucks becomes inefficient..an other thought...i would try to eliminate as many power-lines as possible...also get the bridge height mod (search for it) also try up-grading youre terrain mod to the Meadowshire terrain mod (because it changes the water color) also never send a robot a mile under water to saw an oil pipe thats leaking (the saw might get stuck)

 kolnikov inc, the water changing isn't on the meadowshire the one i'm using. It is on the Missouri Breaks Mod.
