Lots of comments today!

iGod: Thanks for commenting, I told you I knew what you were talking about. I would have thanked a little more flexibility of pieces in that zone, but this is all I was capable of...

k50dude: Thanks for your comment, my friend! The consequences of doing some cheating (don't tell anybody!2.gif) are that wealthy commercial buildings grow too. I was having that problem so I preferred taking advantage of it...

CTMandR: Thanks for commenting!

Mithrik: Thanks for your comment, I'm glad you liked it! From the first moment I thought that should write that 2-3 lines at the bottom of the pic.

lappy486: Thanks for your comment, for your question and for your answers (seems you finally got the LA River Project for yourself)! Helpful users are always appreciated in this community! About your question, I couldn't answer well because the program I photoedit my pics is not Adobe Photoshop nor GIMP (which are the most popular ones). It is Arcsoft Photostudio and it includes a Focus/Blur brush option and you can give the effect manually.

dimipol006: Thanks for your comment! Your CJ and mine make a cool contrast effect here...

ImVhOozi: Thanks for commenting!

Plainsport needs the commuter rail service to continue its life and plans for taking the railroad underground are simply inexistent. The railroad company says "they were there first" and washes its hands, but are the residents who wake up every morning with the Line 1 Symphony for wheel and brake.

There's not much noise in the top of the 120 Degrees Building, one of the tallest tenements in Plainsport; but the worst thing is that none of the dwellers know what does the name of the building mean.

Now let me show you a little teaser of my upcoming new CJ. I'm still working on it giving the final details.

Your commuter rail looks very well-planned! I can't wait to see your new city journal; I hope it will be as good as this and Taxi Driver!

It's always great to see how you sharpen buildings in your photos, really liking the effect! and the title of the page!

Picture number 2 = pure realism. Nice work. Just a quick question, on picture 1, how did you get the motorway signs (the ones at the left of the yellow/white building)? Are they a mod or Maxis and just look different? Anyway, great work again & very interesting Teaser.

@iGod: You can download this signs pack here. I chose these after a long time surfing the STEX because they are clear, (more or less) realistic and they come in blue and green to use them in European or North American contexts. Furthermore, they include gantries with speed limit signs and different variable message signs .
