Huanzhan City is the capital of the Huanzhan Special Administrative Region in Seto. The Region is owned and governed by the Chinese government even though it's only a few hours from Hinawa. Like Hong Kong, Huanzhan has very liberal economic policies that allow it to be a major economic hub in Asia. The region was won by the Chinese after a conflict between Japan and China. In the above picture, chinese architecture stands by manicured parks.
The main stadium is located near the Pearl Twin Towers. If the city bids for the Simlympics, it will be utilized.
The Huanzhan TV and Observation Tower is the tallest building in Seto and gives views of the city and nearby river.
SR Center is also located near a large park and shows the efforts the city is attempting to improve its environment.
Located near the TV and Observation Tower, the Kookon Building is the second tallest building in Seto.
