for the stores i would love to see some NIMBY shops like the ones in the stex from madhater106 the

 You could maybe replace the Route 27 into a RHW, that also means that in the future it can be upgraded if need be.

bigthing: It starts out with a road, that turns into an RHW-2. When the need arises, there will be a 4 lane road.
