This is a Great idea I think I'll be watching this CJ for a while yet,

I suggest having the farms spread along the river banks alnog the road rather than moving into the "interior", the left side 1st as bridges are expencive

I like this idea for a CJ!
so......

Town Hall- Small Town U.S.A Town Hall

More rural Plugins- mabey some Small Town USA stuff?

Who wants to have a road named after them?- not me! however... mabey a mountain?.... Mt. Marsh!

Where to expand the farms?- I would say to keep following the river

Evlanti: That is a great idea. I'll use it when I update.

_marsh_: Mt. Marsh... I'll add the name if a mountain gets in the way of the growth of U-Build-It. It also seems like everybody loves the Smalltown USA stuff. You're the second or third person that suggested it.

I'm on vacation until November 11, so don't expect an update until about the 14th.

this looks intresting, as the area gets bigger, you should move the farms inland and away from the river ( runoff is a horrible thing to bear, trust me , i come from a city where there is argriculture and industy along the river front [detroit] )

also, i was going to suggest a log cabin mod that i saw that was intresting and would fit nicely in your developing city, but the STEX is down (darnit)

P.S. i wanna street named after me, calle it starks road!
