Alright, so updated as played, I am not spamming it. I am a neurotic  and have an addiction to Sim City.  Trying something new!
As found in the Oriska Traveller (Regional  Newspaper)

CVP (Constance Valley Press)

With the recent boom of populace Mayor Gimmy has taken down a massive plan for Mass Transit expected to make take route immediately. Below, the current mass transit system in effect.

Yellow - Subway Lines, Blue - Transit Way Lines, Purple - Underground Tunnels for Transit Way, Green - Major Avenues, Teal Boxes - Major Transit Stations

With the proposed expansion it goes hand in hand with City Halls expansion of the existing neighbourhoods. The Expansion would be necessary, but at the cost of the tax payers to the millions line? Below is the plan, the Black - Existing Major Routes, Blood Red - Existing Transitway, Purple Existing Subway.

The lighter and more vibrant colours, are the newer additions, the Pink, the Northern Expansion of the Subway system into the "Beaches" neighbourhood, and the unnamed Residential Development on the Northern Portion of Dwyer Hill. Dark Blue is the expansion of the Major Routes Network, Light Blue is the expansion of the transitway from existing "exits". With the transitway expansion comes new major facilities shown in the yellow, similar to the one seen above at Le Plateau today.

The further expansion requires growth, growth that may not necessarily be there, it will require city hall to expand the city boundaries, from the current day situations. On the new map, in the green shows Agers, Beachers, Plateau South, Headley and the 'New' Downtown expansion. The White portions of the map show the City's expanded comercial  zones and the orange/brown colour represents the Industrial Zone.

Environmental Outfall?

With the promise of maintaining the Environmental Boundaries between downtown and the new Beaches development, and the Beaches and Industrial Park, the environmental lobbyists at City Hall have finally simmered down. Though pressure from neighbouring cities in hoping to developping their own central cores, may result in less tourism and less nationalists making their way to Constance Valley.

It is in the eyes of this reporter, that our loving mayor may have biten off more than he can chew, and truth be told, I sincerely hope, that the Simizens of Constance Valley and the surrounding area remember this man. He has a great sight... but no one can tell the future.

The Year is 2020

Update - Beaches Expansion is a success! A Fully incorporated Transitway Network, not exactly to plan has been established. In an attempt to remove mass transit from major arteries (during rush hour 7 accidents on all accounts) a few additional updates have been made.

Firstly, viewing Le Plateau Transit Center, with the recent development of Le Plateau West, there was a need for a third Park n Ride.
Introducing, Augustus Station...

The Airport, finally added in, other than just a passing by, appears to be adding in as a major center.

Overall the development of Constance Valley, has been rapid. It is time, seeing with the recent lowering of taxes, to wait, and allow for development on the surrounding areas. When I start building again, I shall continually update this journal. (For your reference, Le Plateau is apart of a large mountain range, (refering to the top image, it is on the furthest left of the image)

Hope you enjoy!
