I've never been quite happy with the College Park neighborhood, and I wanted to build a modular university, so I created Greene University and the College Hill neighborhood.

Established in 1762, Greene University is one of the 8 members of the Ivy League. It has 9,432 undergraduates and 11,269 graduate students, and it's Alexandria's third-largest employer. Among its alumni are actor Matthew Holloway and former New England governor Lydia Restrepo.

Here are some pictures of the construction:

Definitely a huge improvement. I like the idea of rebuilding large parts of older cities and showing the changes, that's one of my favorite things to do as well.

Great use of the clasical Clayhurst set so complematary; Maxis University can aswell be modular if main building with believe cloned seperate math and medical building using the London School of Economics;some compatebilty issue maybe there. Franku Dutch University only modern modular alternative, the rest mostly seperate lot´s full or partly university lots, combined with science, medical, veetenary, music or some other school to complement can be nice,as well,  well done !
