The use of dirt roads on an obviously big city is kinda weird, though... But they can be replaced easily enough.:-)

The reason there are dirt roads is because of the historical time - in the mid-1800s, dirt roads were still prevalent in big cities.  Thanks for the comment, both tariely and krover!

Nice, how'd you get those two sam streets to coexist like that?

Cool idea, having two streets run side by side like that. I take it that was done with an eye for forward planning as eventually they'll be replaced by avenues, but even now it looks interesting.
