This is a good one, not much to change. I'd get rid of the chairs and table at the font door (seems an odd place and there's barely space for it) and put a flower pot there instead. Maybe change the red color variation to one a bit less saturated.

5) Suggestions for improvement: This is indeed a very good one! The green and red colour variations are pretty bright which could be tweaked, but they're not as exaggerated as those on many other buildings. I'd be okay with the chairs and table being kept where they are, they don't seem to appear on every instance of this house anyway and I think it adds a little more variety to the lot.
