Promising ! (And I don't remember that football field  ; nice texture ; What Is That? Hm, we should whip up a shorthand acronym. WIT. Er... Not necessarily witty... WHIT ? )  A close-up sometimes reminds us how good a bat is (the big high school). And "Vitamin Angels" is just too cute !

But ... The Palms ! The Palms ! Do you really need The Palms ? They so clash with the other trees (for me, at least...):-))) Once again, I will try to evangelize, with the Sayonara Maxis TreesTrees plugin for lots, and some No Palm plugin for streets & roads... (And no, I am not a shareholder in that company ; they're just too useful:-)))

Also the football fields are the ALN football fields base set by chrisaddams on the LEX

 

(You know there is a search function on the STEX, right ?:-))) Or, you take the name of the plugin you're looking for --if you have it exactly enough -- go to google, add SC4 to the search words and (usually) voilà !:-)

For the no palm mods, there are several -- you mus test which one you prefer : SHK Maxis Palm Replacement Mod., SW77 No Palms Mod... there are also tree replacement mods (SFBT, for instance)....Go shop around, have fun !

And thanks for the football field ; I think I had it, just didn't recognize it. Too much stuff in my stash !!!

Nice college neighbourhood ! Picture 2 shows a building overlaping the railway bend ? Footbal and rugby pitch ALN or ITC read carefull to have the right props or you be flaged or brown boxed out, well done !

yeah, the overhanging building is a  NAM glitch
