My kind of region !:-) I like the mix country/town/harbour (and the map is a nice one too). 

Since you are into agri and green stuff : do you know Newman_Inc Fam Addons ? there is some really nifty stuff there (among which country lanes and pathways)

As we are in "psssst !" advices : there is also a Minimize Button Remover, when taking picture, which hides the little white rectangle in the lower left of the pict.
