Central city district part II: East Esplanade

This second feature of the central city district of the city features the esplanade that runs east in the district and extends north of the airport. It serves as a greenway for nearby residents and workers on breaks to get up close and personal to the shore of the bay. It moves north and forms the eastern leg of a continuous greenway that spans a significant portion of the district.

Hope you enjoy! As always, thanks for the comments and rep points...

Here we have the southern extent of the east esplanade...

Here we see the esplanade as it makes it way north (with one of the city's treatment plants serving the nearby area)...

Development and a mid-rise apartment mark the northern extent of this portion of the path...

Ah, a fan of the Maxis buildings, I see. They look quite good, the lotting is nice as well. Never have been able to figure out the (seemingly) common hate for them.

Very quaint area in these pictures. Pastoral, like you're painting an image from your youth. Well done, sir.

That's a good looking park.  The night shot is awsome, looks like somewhere I'd like to vacation.

I really like the park and marinas, but it's the water that really stood out for me. I know it's only a colour changer, but wow, it is just stunning. :)

I really like this part of the city. I feel like renting one of those boats and go along the coast :-)

Thank you for your compliment, I too love just about all of the generic Maxis buildings...

Nice work. You should get some of nbvc's underwater mmps.

Ahh good idea, are those the waterflora vol 2 props that were created a long time ago?
