I will tell you a secret...in Canada, where I live, January brings temperature between -15 to -20C...

But I can understand that for that part of the world, it would be unusual.

I believe he/she just photoshopped it like I did, I could be wrong though but it is very unlikely for their to be a weather mod with this much power.
