Update:

Here are some pictures of the Bear Creek Dam area. It sits in a rocky canyon and supplies water

and some electricity to the valley towns.

Builders were able to make use of an old mining railroad tunnel and the dams access road now

passes through to the valley below.

That's the best dam I've seen in SC4. What concrete wall pieces do you use to construct the bulk of this dam?
