The bridge didnt fit exactly, but still looking good i think...

Thats it for today, and for Kitakami, i think i showed you all areas of interest, combined with the old contend below it gives a pretty compleete overview

as you can see on the topdown image.

I hope you enjoyed, i at least had a lot of fun crating this city, also by its diversity and some stuff i never did before,

like that camping stuff, the beach and the river, the lighthouse and so on.

So, thanks for watching, you may comment again if you feel like,... have fun,...

Beautiful city mate! The beaches and mountains give it a very natural yet lively feel.

I noticed your mosaics are a bit patchy in certain spots. What you want to do is overlap the pictures as you take them, combine them together into one picture using say Photoshop or GIMP, and then crop out individual 800x600 resolution images from the combined mosaic. Hopefully that made sense, but if it didn't there are numerous online tutorials. Anyways, keep up the good work and 5/5 from me  :thumb:

I fully agree with Ace. :) You can even do what he says in Microsoft Paint, no kidding. :P

Amazing city, I especially like the last mosaic. :)

Amazing Work!

You should try High Quality Pictures by changing your video settings to "High" :P Also, try Majhost for image storing service :)

So, yeah i found a okish seeming storrage, to the quality of the pics i must say, i run it on max settings for screening. But i use a ATI card and had some trouble running the game after installation. :( Still, i used some tweaks i found on the internet and it runs ok. I use hardware mode. Once i launch the game i ve to tab out and back in to fix the flashing HUD, and when i scroll all props and stuff disappear as long as the camera moves. I had none of theese issues with my old geforce.

This might explain why it does not look as great as it should. :(

but my ati is a 4gb powermachine for a good price, so i have to take a lower quality on this game i guess.

You did a very nice job with that Fuji city tile. I remember using that one myself, in fact. As a true Japanese city on the coastline of an archipelago should look like. In a tight space like that, you make use of all the land you can. Which is what you did well. Hilly with houses and farms creeping up the mountainside.

thanks, i think its a very interesting and beautiful tile, needs some luck to do something good there too. I used it a long while ago but i remember it didnt come out that good :)

but i think this time it went quite well... Of course there are always some areas that might need more love, but ... :P

Good job my friend. One question, what is the name of the prop (the breaking waves) in the second image from top to bottom.

Greetings.

Beautiful city! It's very hard to make a nice looking town in such valley but you've pulled it off well. Although I would suggest getting terrain mod as it's such a shame to see a nice town not living up to it's full potential. In particular the lighthouse is stunning! although there were two dilapidated buildings in the 6th photo, not sure if they were meant to be there.

Just a thought about the bottom of the falls in the 1st waterfall pic, u might want to try the transitions that Murimk & Paeng made a while ago. I think they'd fit the base of the falls beautifully.

Downtown looks Sweeeeeeeet!!!

If you're going farming, I would recommend Girafe's Vines and Wheat MMP's and Peg's SPAM kits.

Keep going man, this is good work.
