Thanks for the comments friends. Today we'll explore New Tegel, a small agricultural town of the future.

Let's explore Tegel.

The new farms aren't the traditional rural farms anymore. They are now truly food industries, with robotic workers and research laboratories. Vertical farms, upwards and downwards, produce plenty of food under controllable conditions, without using too much land and resources. Artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, genetic engineering and hydroponics are a few of the technologies that upgrade the food production.

Let's have a look at the outsides of Tegel. This is where the garbage end up. They stored in a small pit and then pumped into the recycle centres.

This is a scientific research laboratory. Nobody knows what's going on here. According to Anton Slavik, the leader of the scientific team, this laboratory will research for new methods for upgrading the physical and spiritual abilities of Sims, by using genetics and cybernetic implants. Many Sims however worries that something bigger is going on. Something too radical to even imagine it.

This is it. All Maxis town upgraded. Don't ask me to play with the tutorials towns as well. I tried it and I don't want to do it again. My Maxis Project accomplished, but this is not the end. The next update will be the final one. Be prepared for a dramatic, epic end.
