Thanks for the comments guys :golly: . No dependency problem with the avenue, since they doesn't need any dependency after all.

Konradshohe is ready and kicking. I tried to keep the original style of mini metropolis, but it's highly enriched this time. Hope that you like it. The new version of Konradshohe is bigger, greener and more futuristic. It's more populated but less overcrowded. It has taller buildings, a small spaceport, parks and more efficient industries.

The industrial zone doesn't pollute the environment anymore. It's full of trees, a few parks, some commercial buildings and highly advanced factories that produce everything without harming the environment and public health.

The city itself isn't miserable anymore. Now it has more beautiful buildings, parks everywhere, access to civil services for everyone, quantum computers that organize the city and synthesize new Sims, hotels and cultural buildings.

Konradshohe has also a large enough tram line system, in order to reduce traffic jams.

Outside of Konradshohe we'll find the utilities, a few parks, a radio station, a scientific laboratory, a communication outpost and the small spaceport.

The reconstruction of Konradshohe affect Spandau a lot. New shops open, new factories constructed and the expansion of tram and subways brings both cities closer to each other.

From a dirty and sad town, Konradshohe evolved into a clean optimistic city. Now that's a city that everybody (and everypony) will want to live.

Tegel will be the next Maxis town and the last one of this city journal. Stay tuned for the incoming epic finale of this city journal...

The city looks amazing, no doubt about it! :)

I have only one thing to say - the GLR in road that connects to neighborough - is it necessary that is has to be GLR in road? :)

Just saying - GLR in roads are meant for inner city development. :)

I agree with the people above me but I think that it is unrealistic to have huge skyscrapers rising out of the ground next to short buildings. You should get the futuristic skyscrapers from sim board to ease the transition between lower density.
