dubaidude303: Look's great! Can't wait for the next update! Like the photo with the ship and the dolphins ![]()
Thank you! I was really happy how that turned out as well ![]()
Mithrik: Great update! BTW, I seem that abandoned town looks familiar for some reason. Does it exist in the region? Or is it just for the show?
Thanks! I have that little town stashed away in a sandbox region… it’s come in handy twice now ![]()
Schulmanator: Great pix and great story. NSG had the deck stacked against them. I hope they can stave off the inevitable.
As you well know, It wouldn’t be a story without some adversity.
jason leo: Northern Pacific may try to destroy New SorGun, but they shouldn't win. Whatever the price is, New SorGun can't be easily erased from the earth !
Well said! Finch may hire you for a PR position ![]()
NMUSpidey: There's something in the works for New SorGun... Something the railroad bosses and robber barons are not going to enjoy. Just the way it feels. Putting your incredibly interesting story aside, the pictures are incredible, too. Every scene is rich in detail and a wonder to behold. I am always happy to see a new update here!
Thanks Spidey – The story is fun to tell, but I really try and get the point across with each picture. I suppose it’s a side effect from reading to a couple toddlers every day.
Vlasky: DAYUUUUM!!! This is super awesome dude! Love it! I'm hooked to reading this ![]()
Thanks! I’m looking forward to using your BATs down the road a bit ![]()
sim_link: Beautiful update, but I certainly hope NSG doesn't get left in the dust. I like the looks of it, and must say I certainly don't want to see it wiped off the map. ![]()
I would say New SorGun still has a fighting chance…
Bluthlucidity: What if NSRC worked out a public/private partnership with a different railroad company, like Great Northern or Central Pacific? As well I see Northern Pacific went bankrupt in 1875, maybe that could be worked in to the story? Could New SorGun develop its other industries? Farming, mining, lumber? Or maybe develop itself as a port community? Clearly you have me worked up over this CJ lol. I can't wait for the next update!
Thanks for the great comment. I had actually considered working in the NPRR bankruptcy into the story, but I didn’t want to get too bogged down in details. Plus, it was only a minor bump in the road for Northern Pacific. But don’t worry – you are thinking along the right lines regarding the rest of your comment ![]()
Thunderman: Man! Im in love with this cj!, It's such a tedious job to build things at this pace... I'd wished i would have the peace to do such a thing. I love how u begin small and build things at a small tedious way... Also love how u make ur own custom lots! Your doing a way better job than the average player out there
Keep it up! Big Thumbs up from the Netherlands!
Thank you so much – I’m glad you like the Lots – I really enjoy creating them in LE.
Spa: Great CJ. It really sets a mood. I'll definitely keep an eye on this one to see where it goes.
Thanks Spa! If you do pop in once in a while, you will start to see many more of your own BATs start to show up ![]()
Fox: Love the picture with the dolphins .. just magical.. I know New SorGun is going to come out on top in the end .. If it doesn't I'm going to hunt you down and .. haha.. just joking ..
Loving the story so far.. can't wait to see where we go from here now we are forging ahead in to the modern era.
Thanks for the great comment Fox! I’m trying to gradually transition into the 20th century – hopefully it ends up looking right.
Benedict: Great update - and you're number one on BTT this week.
Thanks! It’s always a good week when I get a comment like this ![]()
