As for the formula, the biggest part of the score is basically unique, non-author comments in the week divided by the updates for the week. There is also some part of the score from the previous week. As for City of Angeles - that was the first update in a while, and I think it did very well to re-enter at 10 considering I tracked scores for around 125 CJs last week.

Very exciting start to the year, with three new number ones in a row! Congratulations to The empire of Nueva Iberia, which is a re-entry at number one this week.
It is a bit of a decimation of the top ten this week, it would be quicker to tell you who stayed than who is new. There are re-entries for The Milky Way (formerly Port Hamilton), Stuff, Asgard and District of Wenzel. And a big welcome to new entry The Kingdom of Navarra.
