Nice job! Two criticisms (constructive, I swear!) though:

1. It's looking a bit griddy. You can keep straight streets but make a maze of them; this helps.
2. I wouldn't use Kaiser Ave. as a road name. The better translation would probably be Kaiserallee (Allee meaning boulevard, avenue)
