This can happen if your mayor does not invest in education and modern amenities, but puts all the money into a fancy cathedral... most residents have to live in buildings more than a hundred years old...

Wow, wow, wow, as always!

That cathedral... is it based on that one in Spain that they've been building since 1300 or whenever it was... what's it called again...??

Yes, the [i]Sagrada Familia[/i], designed by [i]Antoni Gaudi[/i] - building started 1882 and it is supposed to be completed by 2026... ([url="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sagrada_Fam%C3%ADlia"][b][u]more info[/u][/b][/url])

Outstanding update. The night image of the Great Cathedral is incredible - one of my favorite pictures of the year so far, and the background for this week's BTT where you're number one again!
