abracadabraz85: Thanks!

ggamgus: The number keeps getting bigger!

Evillions: Thanks! I am a big fan of your work!

sucram17: Thanks! I like desert cities.

TowerDude: Yes you can swim, the beaches are not too crowded at all.

TekindusT: I hope to continue setting the bar higher.

Treka: Thanks!

10000000000000: I use a sidewalk mod. If you STEX sidewalk mod you should find it. I had forgotten about those horrible red brick textures. I use nothing from maxis anymore except the roads pretty much. I love Atlantsia by the way.

MamaLuigi945: With such a shortage of middle eastern/north african buildings you really have to blend in many others to prevent constant repetition.

folokashi: Thanks, it is a school from a japanese site.

emperordaniel: I hope you have recovered so you can see the latest update!

hahei: Thanks!

ladybug2: Thanks!

tankmank: Yes we do need more BATs for this part of the world. Unfortunately I cannot BAT and don't have the time to learn.

simfreak1998: Thanks!

VMIUJcadet09: Thanks!

Lagouira's skyline mostly consists of low-rise commercial and residential buildings built in a typical north african architectural style.

Lagouira however does have a few notable skyscrapers including the Gharbiyyan Interior Ministry building which was built in the 1970s and towers 113m (371ft) above the city.

The Gharbiyyan Parliamentary Building is perhaps the most modern-looking structure in the city and houses offices of all the most important people in the country. Across the road from the Parliamentary Building is Gharbiyya's largest shopping complex.

Near the Medina is the Djama'a al-Kebir Mosque which gently illuminates the night sky.

Finally, I will leave you with an overview of the city...

and a huge mosaic. Thank you again for visiting the great country of Gharbiyya and the city of Lagouira.

That is one heck of a mosaic! And stunning work overall. The mosque looks amazing. I am not as much intrigued by the desert theme (although it is very nice) as I am by the way you utilize it. I like it! :thumb:

Are you using the Bunbury map in the STEX? It's the place where I was building my emirate nation! But yeah, mine doesn't look as great as yours...

I don't even know what to say. This looks so much like a typical city in the Arab World. I can imagine sandstorms on a regular basis, there. :P
