The vegetation under the seawalls..looks fantastic! Also, I can really feel that there is a lot of going on on these streets (2nd Picture). Finally as always, great mixture of BATs from different regions!

This is AMAZING, could you release those house with the colored rooftops? not the rooftop houses but the smaller ones.

I'd love to see The Montecito Resort & Casino as your Beach resort. Although the original one ""is"" located in Las Vegas, it has the park as the base for the building itself so, it shouldn't be that hard to make it look like a beach resort... The only problem it's that there's no SC4Model for the Montecito, so it needs to be created.

For that under-construction highrise, you should a building that has a similar shape to the frame. In my opinion, it would look much more realistic and less SK3K construction like.
