    I'd love to see The Montecito Resort & Casino as your Beach resort. Although the original one ""is"" located in Las Vegas, it has the park as the base for the building itself so, it shouldn't be that hard to make it look like a beach resort... The only problem it's that there's no SC4Model for the Montecito, so it needs to be created.     Different from everyone else, I think this version of the Mayor's House it's very very good, I mean I've never seen one with a pool and a mini-golf course and everything, it's very nice.
