All pictures are in beautiful HD :)

Just a small update in time for the new years. On some other day, I plan on doing a transportation update where we drive down that highway you'll see from here, through the Central Core, all the way to the Simlympic Park, which is a 3 large city tile distance.

Here's the Highway 317, which, during weekdays, is a lot more difficult to commute than it is now.

The Streets of Burlesque shopping center, about a mile south of Highway 317.

What Burlesque looks like now is, as the name suggests, exquisite, with new buildings and lofts for the growing population of the largest city in the hemisphere. This is the first of two mosaics for this update.

However, if you noticed at the top of the picture, it wasn't always that way. A few industrial buildings prove a stark contrast to a different history story.

Across the freeway, DeKalb University and DeKalb Preperatory High School (the latter is in the top left corner) is a hit with students with the grades to attend the private school, due to it's close proximity to the resplendent Central Core.

School sports are a keystone in New Chandlerite culture; both play in the Don Garote Stadium across the freeway.

And one more mosaic to end it off, going down the Paseo de Jardínas (Corridor of Gardens).

Enjoy :) Make sure to leave a comment (it's the only way I can get better), rate it, +1 it, all that jazz :P

Great update, a very vibrant neighborhood. Only suggestion would be some more trees in the open grassy areas, particularly the last shot if it is supposed to be the passage of gardens.

@Flavio01997: That would be impossible. Listing all the custom content and mods used in these pictures would take an incredible amount of time and work.

Anywho... Great entry k50! Loved the mosaics; they were beautiful. :)

You have so many different custom lots! Did you build most of them yourself or have they just been collected off Simtropolis and BSC?

Oh, I can imagine that it would take ages to list all what's been used here... Amazing update indeed!
Happy New Year!

Wow, thanks for the compliments! :)

Benedict: Lets just say that intersection at the bottom wasn't easy to build :P Outside of it though, it's more of a resorty kind of road like it should be. I think I'll work on that in the next update.
AlexanderChe: As citiesxlfan42 said, that's the NAM. If you have a PC you can get it here. If you have a Mac it's here.
Flavio01997: If you want any links, I can give them to you, but I can't really list everything, because, obviously, I have a lot :P
Masterkill852: A no and a yes. I don't lot or BAT anything on my own (I did relot the stadium though), I downloaded it all, but a lot of it was from the CSC exchange (it's a Spanish site) or the small Japanese sites.

TheOGnehogo: Hate to say it but I don't remember :( I'll keep looking for it though. I know it was on a Japanese site, but I'm not sure which one.
