Computer issues
As you have probably noticed, I have been gone for quite a while. I have missed a lot of important things (especially with the COFR) and haven't updated my journal in weeks. YES, this journal IS still alive! However, at the moment, my computer is having some problems (and not all of it revolves around SC4 can you believe it 
). I have shipped it to..... somewhere..... and at the moment they are still dealing with it, according to the Toshiba tracking site.
The entire New Chandler city journal, all of the SimCity 4 plugins and regions, and all other files relating to New Chandler (header template, flag, logos, etc.) are backed up on a separate computer. Once I get my computer with the game on it, I will be playing again in no time 
Until then, however, I am still going to be gone. I hope to see you all sooner than later.
