A remake of the original Commercial Center by Citymax. The quality is admittedly lower than what I was hoping for, but due to a poorly timed vacation (in reference to the competition) and a new job, it was the only thing I was working on at the time.

The rear of the lot contains a small parking lot which is easily integrated with KOSC's Modular Parking.
