Frensitalla

Frensitalla was found in 2013 after the moral so called "New Planet Foundation" was set.

Yet again, after months of researching, sims can move to an outside world beyond the Sim System

The planet Ushan was claimed, and settlements were built to do with science.

After planet scanning was approved, the curious sims started building in a so

called land called Frensitalla.

Carson Ridge

Yes they did make a town, and after all this the rural town of Carson Ridge

was proclaimed. "A rural system" was set a tiny rural settlement of the "North

Waters" part of Frensitalla. All this was handed out here...1.gif

And now Carson Ridge today (erm October 9th 2019)

Carsonridgeful.jpg

Ahh the village of wonders. Enjoy seeing the vast life by the road as you

speed through the world.  Or how about a relaxing beach to cover your

feet. Nothing is more enjoyment then Carson Ridge. (Space Ship Costs

may vary-please ask the tourist centre for more details. (000-0000)

Hello, SImWorld.

Interesting start to your journal.  I'll have to keep and eye on how this develops.

I've a curiosity question for you.  It seems somewhat odd to see what obviously must be a rather temerate to tropical climate (given the palm trees) yet see deciduous trees sporting obvious fall foliage?

Regards,

Vandy

Nice start! I like the different kinds of trees. I don't agree with Vandy : there can be both palm trees and deciduous trees at the same place (southern France, for instance).

Hello, SimMax.

My apologies if I "stepped on your toes" with my comment.  I don't believe I was making a derisive comment or trying to create a "difference".  Mine was a curiosity question only.   Certainly not work getting into a disagreement over.

As I'm not from an area where palm trees and deciduous trees co-exist, I wasn't aware that you could have a temperate/tropical tree in the same area as a tree that changed colors with the season.

I will certainly be more careful in the future concerning my comments (that is, if I comment at all...)

Vandy

Goin2Chicago: Thanks for your wonderful comment and I hope you'll be in touch again.

Sloppet: Well thx. It is the best start I ever had (lol what are you staring at)

Vandy: Well i happen to see this too. Ive switched the palms mixed with shrubs and tropical trees near the front

and going away, higher, i use taller woodland trees.

Simmax: mmm, really? Why never saw a cobination (that is the tropics)

Jacqulina: Gee thanks. Your comments are always welcome.

Szarkoz: well thanks like the others. Hope to see you pop again!

Jt_144_2004: Erm, well i haven't gotten a chance with simtropolis for

a while but i should be back.

Ello! We got a major growth here in Carson Ridge!

I couldn't say more. But after a while things changed: Some education developed. Richer business and factories

settled there roots with these "smarter" sims. The lasted update 'On The Scene' City news has captured a hoptercopter

picture of the city. Oops I spilled my coffee! How dumb is that!

    Transportation Confirmation

We have settled new rail systems in Carson Ridge. The streets were pretty crowded

a year ago on the main road. But are commutes reduced to 1.9

Railways may be extended in future for further growth spurts.

    Business Dwellers

Nice rich sims. Where will they work? Of course at business.

Some new factories rised high over the last 3 months and we got

more produce. Farms, industries, have been improving there business.

From street sellers to Corp. Manufactories, we have never been able

to afford that hot tub till now...

    Hot Spot Streets

Now id like to live near an educational building too pop. Well this

little (big) bundle was accepted by the new retailors. Now id like this!

    Fancy New Nieghbourhoods

Im running out of things to say and im tired. Nvm.

In conclusion, Carson Ridge has really earned its strike. Hopefully.

In the future, right here, will be covered with hot shot hotels and rising towers.

Underground highways, and all other transport options. Enjoy the stay!

    Fanci.jpg

Well folks. Im bushed after a long day. I hope to see you soon

more coming...! And this is not all bout are growing town!

    The Climate

Sunny, wet, and hot, this area is nothing like Danapolis.

    So much rain...rain...rain...

we got a bunch of trees including fall foilage palms, ambush, and more.

Rural, and the trees that are deciduous can survive, as from the mountains

the soil carries the coldness...but if you want the real weather...

    tropics1.jpg

Over here is a national graph of the avg. tempature.

    weather.bmp

To the readers: Sorry for not much of an update but this carries

a personal clue of the climate. Tommorow hopefully will be a big update!

Mantis747: of course...id sweat there, thx

alkaola: really, wow what a time ago. thx

    Transportation

This chapter is mainly about the transport of the

city...raillines anything to get that commute time

    down!

The city has grown... and possible things are happening.

Commute time is going buzzuka, Industrial demand is wreakin

    are image...who knows what.

    But thats in later details.

    Carsonmain.jpg

    Osman Bay

The west is completely filled..so we need another place to attach the

expansion. Of course hilly Osman Bay wasn't the best start..but worth a try.

Kinda reminds me of New England.

    osmanbay.jpg

    Ports

Now when the fishmen came someone had to do something.

This is Soda Docks. All of the rich sims hang here. (id just

get sea sick lol) Brownstone Corp. was founded here and

did he have a fishy business.

    ports.jpg

    Industrial Rail Line

I wanted this town to be a rail type town. So I asked some

engineers and they built a train line. It was planned to go

from the east side to the Industrial Sector. I really couldn't

think of a neat name so Industrial Rail Line it became.

Investors put some money into this "railway" and now the

trains got leather seats, food service, and a lounge. Wow

that much i could do before going to work!

    IndustrialLaneRail.jpg

And with all the investments we made transportation was never the same...

    transportationatnight.jpg

How to turn a dump larger.

First i find a nice area that looked like it could be bigger:

    1landtodemolish.jpg

Then the mayor and engineers get their bulldozers as the sims scream

from there poor houses: Once the land is clear we're all set:

    2rebuild.jpg

Then replace it into a massive luxury hotel...

    wait

do you suppose that would grow inthis 2k tiny town

    No

    just as boring as before

    3pride.jpg

Well there im done for today. In the future i may have more regular updates

    Suggestions and Comments welcome.
