ok, i built this huge city but practicly no urban planning. and now i have really traffic problem can somebody help me

If you can post screenshots, that would help. Anyway, if you didn't leave any room for expansion you can try using a system of alternating one-way roads. A subway will help and it goes underground so you only need 1x1 tiles for your stations. Turn on all the traffic-improving ordinances, for whatever they're worth. However, if all else fails you might have to resort to the bulldozer to place higher capacity networks like avenues and highways.

Re-zoneing might help too, but that is a big change to the city.

Thats my style of playing right there. Build a uber huge ugly city, then try to solve all its problems.

BTW, build bus stations like there is no tommorow. if you find roads with lots of bus routes make a parralel road bus only so that the buses can funnel on there. One time i built a bus freeway with 9000 bus traffic going both ways. It was crazy.
