fenton56 - I used the Super Money Park EXTREMLEY HELPFUL and super demand, I'm going to download the Radical Ordiance mod when the modds section opens.
De Ja Vu - The city is about 700 years old game time, I've been playing since the begging of March.

I'm about to play the game and post more pictures of North City which needs more pictures. 4.gif

    New Downtown Development
    img122/3812/00017bm.jpg

    Medrano Enterprises Center (Closeups soon)
This Complex includes three towers. The World Headquarters, Office Suites Tower and the Cyclinder Hotel Suites Tower.

    Enterprises Square
A new addition to the Downtown Area. Enterprise Square has some of the worlds largest companies world headquarters here. Including the tall postmodern JC Summit Tower, the huge bulky LEXWORLD enterprises tower and PC International's two twin towers. The other is located in back of the JC Summit Tower if you cant see it.

    Riverview Towers Complex
I've been showing pictures of the complex under construction, I finally took a picture of it. 15 buildings are included, three of them are office towers and one is a mall.

At night Enterprise Square looks great, all the towers light up with green lights.
    img50/6896/00013oq.jpg

    Bryall Park
I said I was going to show North City, but I forgot about the Bryall Park Neighborhood. Bryall Park is a very middleclass/apartment/townhouse area. Bryall Park is also the name of the Stadium. Next to Bryall Park is Windspear area. I like this area because of the small highrise skyline off next to the stadium. 4.gif

    More panoramas soon 4.gif

Very impressive city! It looks bright... I have no clue why, it just does.

Before a moderator deletes, I must warn you that your last image is way too big. I'd quick with all the other sizes.

Micah - The reason its so bright is because I edited all my pictures with photoshop to make them look more realalistic. I also Changed the picture to a Thumbnail so when you click it, it opens up to ImageShack 4.gif

SC4 meister - really? Everyone is saying my city looks so real, Why? Because there arn't too many bats, most of my BATS are NDEX BATS, the professional ones 4.gif

    jacqulina - thanks 4.gif

Wow! The night pic looks awesome! All of the different colors/shades of lights just blend in perfectly. The shoreline and the suburbs look great as well, and I also like how you are using the ingame transportation options (meaning no NAM)to make this CJ look so good. Awesome job! And with that note...

Oh no, I have NAM, I just dont overuse it...look at the freeways in Downtown, there are Road Bridges over it, plus I use those huge intersections.

    Fabiocb - thanks 4.gif
oyd - thanks, yes super demand is very helpful, most of those skyscrapers wouldnt be there without super demand.
    sloppet - thanks 4.gif
salut221 - my region is still only like 40 to 50% developed, mabey even less, the regional population is around 1,200,000. I'll post a picture soon 4.gif
    cityhawk - thanks 4.gif

Speaking of skyscraper forests, cityhawk, here is a first look of north city, that last picture was in Bryall Park, on the bottom of the picture you can see parts of North Downtown. North City is also where I got a few rare stage 8s like a Calane Communications, 3 Lind Entertainments, an Ong Condos, and a lot of other $$$ res highrises.

Here is the first look, there is way more North City, which I will show later. 4.gif
    img50/1336/00014jn.jpg
    North City at night
    img93/1678/00013yg.jpg

    Now I need SERIOUS advise,

I just made a new airport, instead of using the normal international airport. This was all I could come up with, Now this is the only place it would fit in the city, what can I do to make it look more realalistic??

I redid the airport and saved some room for a hotel row. Suggestions please, I want to know if it looks better or worse. Are there any other hotels that would look good next to an airport on the STEX?

At night, with the colorful palms entrance 4.gif
    img20/2582/00017bp.jpg

    Here are some Nightime Closeups

Enterprise Square and the Monique Financial Tower, I flipped the Lexworld Enterprises Tower around if you havent noticed from the older pictures.
    img451/6269/00011ur.jpg

World Entertainment towers looking over the freeway. The World Entertainment Towers where just completed, they replaced an old park, a new park was built outside downtown.
    img58/1133/00013cf.jpg

The Medrano Enterprises Center has just added an all suites hotel to the complex. The Medrano Enterprises Center is a four tower upscale office complex with a hotel tower. The location is great, it is in the middle of downtown and across the Street from the Convention Center.
    img454/5223/00019lh.jpg

Here is a preview of the very northern part of Downtown. This is the skyline you see across the river when you land at Metropolis International.

I'd say the airport needs some grass at both ends of the runway, so the planes don't smack into a bunch of tree's or some buildings...9.gif

lol, there is really no space to put grass, and the airport pack dosent have that texture of grass.

As I promised, here is a picture of the region 4.gif Pop 1.4 million

    Regional Info

    Palm Vista Area
Palm Vista was my first city in this region, you can find the old thread if you search under my name. Before Metropolis Palm Vista was the largest city in the region with around 220,000 people (not counting the surrounding cities) It was also the business hub of the region, with over 595,000 jobs. Palm Vista grew too much commercial too fast, so the suburbs took a long time to develop. East Palm Vista and other sister cities around Palm vista are nothing special just small cities part of Palm Vista.

Palm Bay City & Palm Beach
Palm Bay City is just a typical costal city over looking a huge bay. Palm Beach is also nothing special, just a costal city over looking the bay.

    Merdian Hill
Meridian Hill or Meridian Hill heights is a medium sized city built on top of a hill. Meridian Hill is a very luxurious city with almost no industry. The city has a lot of Chicago and New York styled buildings. There are some large condominium towers on top of the hill with great views of Palm Vista.

    Glenmore & Monutian Ranch
Fairly new small towns located near Palm Bay. Glenmore is more of a city than Mountian Ranch, Mountian Ranch is just a small suburban city while Glenmore has a few midrise towers.

    San Fernango Area
The San Fernango Area includes three cities: San Fernango, Fernango Beach and the Riverdale Bridge. San Fernango is an LA area based city, with a nice sized downtown, the ouscirts are still under construction. Riverdale Bridge and Fernango Beach are just small cities in front of the river.

    Minami Bay
Minami Bay is probably the largest beachside city (not metropolis like Palm Vista) Minami Bay is very upscale and has a large beach in front of Minami Bay. Downtown is rather large with a 1920's style, up to the north of the city is where you can see the newer highrise buildings.

    Wilson City
Wilson City is another city I am working on, it replaced an old city called Santa Rita which was only 76 game years old and was badly planned and didnt look very nice. Wilson City is an High-tech industral city, with two highrise areas. Two major freeways meet here, where all the industry is. Wilson city is still a nice city even with the industry, I might show a picture soon.

    El Santiago
El Santiago is another bayside city, with great views of Hernandez Bay. El Santiago is a very upscale city with planned $$$ communities.

    San Hernandez Area
San Hernandez is an average city, probably the best place to live in the region if you want to start a family. Its Exciting, has good crime rates, no fires, and high education and health. There are plenty of things to do here. A small mountian range goes through the city. San Hernandez is a rather sucessful city, until I finished it. I built two smaller cities around it, Palmetto Hills and East San Hernadez. Palmetto Hills is an upscale city, while East San Hernandez is a middle class industreal city.

Wow nice work! I like your region. It looks very crowded, that's cool. The airport I would say is great, but I think its too close to buildings. What if a plane hits some wind while landing and veers off to the left or right. It'll end up in the Embassay Suites! 3.gif Excellent downtowns though, especially at night, they're really bright and eyecandy-ish.

Sorry, man. I guess I just didn't have my "detail glasses" on that day.

Anyway, nice pics on these last two days. Your region pic didn't load for me, but I'm sure it looks great, especially since you described each city in the region. And yes, I see your NAM pieces now. Good job!44.gif
