Grand Media Complex, Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina.

Yes, I would like to request a bulding which yet isn't under construction in real life (But the construction should start very soon).

It's the Grand Media Complex in Sarajevo which is going to be an add-on on a current Hotel, "Holiday Inn".

As the building yet isn't finished I can't provide loads of pictures, which might make it hard for people to make it!

I might need one of the more experienced modders for this one as the texture work might be too hard!

You guys don't know how great it would be if someone could create any open-air NFL Stadium, you know, to give the game a more American feel. There is no real one on the STEX. If you could, google these bellow. (I have no idea how post pictures.) And I'm sure that everything (especially the textures) will be challenging, If you do it right.

I would like to request a universal transit building

It could have a train station, monorail, subway, elevated rail in it, with a road

It would be good if it was built so that it could be directly accessed by a highway as well, with its own interchange or something along those lines

As posted in one of my threads, I have not seen any modern pre-fabricated residental homes with wealth levels of $$ and $$$. Not all prefabricated homes today are intended for the low-income housing market. I searched up on Google Image Search for "prefabricated homes" and found many results.

I am requesting a variety of modern, prefabricated buildings in these wealth and zoning types:

Residnetal: $, $$, $$$

Commercial: $, $$, $$$

Industrial: Manufacturing, High-Tech

In real life, you never see 2000 students crammed into what looks like a medium-sized school. Nor do you ever see small-looking pumps gushing out large amounts of water. In SimCity 4, this is not the case. The capacity of a large school is 3000 when the building itself can looks like if it can't hold the amount. The large water pump can gush out a large quantity of water, but I would like to think that the capacity is slightly lower. Too many times am I seeing realism not being applied in the right way. The buildings are right, but the capacity is not correct for what the building can handle in real life.

This brings me to the second part, building realism and modernization. I see many old looking buildings being used to handle city services. The water pumps, coal and nuclear power plants, and hospitals are just like that. I am happy to applaud those who have released modern-looking alternatives to these old-looking services, but more needs to be none. Also, I'm seeing few, if any, modern buildings being used in a modular set. I'm happy to see Deadwoods with her realistic school set, but it isn't really modern in terms of architectural style (not to offend anyone). This brings me to the third part, modularism.

The third part is moduarlism. (I know it's a made-up word.) I've seen many people make modular sets of lots and buildings, but there needs to me more modern buildings in these sets to satisfy the modern architecture lovers, including me. Modularism is also realistic in that we can customize the layout of individual buildings to make almost every civic service unique from others of its own kind. I mean, how many hospitals have the same layout and buildings? I can not think of any. Individual buildings BATted by dedicated people are good, but there must be a way to customize the layout and buildings that house civic services so that every one of them are unique even from their own kind.

(When I talk about civic services, I mean schools, hospitals, police stations, fire stations, water pumps and towers, water treatment facilities, garbage facilities, power generation facilities, and transportation facilities, including trains, rapid transit, ferries, and buses.)

I am requesting any BATters out there that have the expertise to make this a reality to come and discuss about your projects. I can't make the BATs myself because I have a registration problem that does not allow me to go on the SimCity 4 website. This stops me from getting the modding tools required to make my own BATs.

I was wondering could someone make a realistic lot of Ohio Stadium (HorseShoe) at The Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio! This would be much appreciated! I know this is a huge project and it would require an expert such as Sim Goober to make. I want it to be as realistic as possible. None of those stadiums that people put togther by just slightly editing in game lots will do. This will take hard work,effort and time. I understand if know one wants to do it but If someone wants this challenge then you would be my hero! Thanks regardless of your guys descison of to make it or not!

I would like to request a BAT of Marshall Fields department stores. In particular, the State St store and the Water Tower store, both in Chicago. Macy's has taken over this trademark historic Chicago department store chain. Pretty soon only these 2 stores will be the only ones left, and even then they might keep the names on them. Thanks!

There's very little in the way of Spaceport BATs on the STEX, at least, from what I've seen. And of what there is, it's nothing too innovative, just the in-game Spaceport in an expanded lot with other Maxis buildings. So ... my request is for someone to come up with a really awesome space center ... something that would probably go just right in a city with the military base, or Area 5.1. Something like NASA's Cape Canaveral in Florida, maybe? And maybe it would employ thousands of highly-educated, wealthy Sims instead of the in-game version which doesn't have any jobs (if I recall correctly). That might make up for being much larger than the in-game version. So just an idea I'd love to see happen! Let me know what you guys think.

Hi guys, I have a few requests if anyone could make them it would be awesome, even one would be enough

This is the Grand Media Center With Holiday Inn, Its located in Sarajevo, BiH Europe. It is 100m and hass TV facade all around it and on one side of the Tower. It will be finished in 2008-2009.

I also have a few more but for now I am only asking for the GMC and Twist Tower, which is new.

LivingInThePast: The BSC did the world trade center. Just search on the STEX for World Trade center, or Rubik3.

As for the ground zero, HeydenX told me, that he wants to make it. I might ask him later, to be sure.

ok so this is my first request in a while (i had one previous one for the huge UPS center in hodgkins Illinois)

One of the main issues in the game i have is when using diagonals i have ugly patches of grass,

so what i think would be sweet are a set of1x1 lots with overhanging bases, at various angles and sizes

that would fill in the grass around urban areas.

Prepo has included a basic set with on of his new BATs but they have some issues and are quite plain

in texture and detail. there could be a set for industrial, Res and Com.

There aren't enough American Football fields/stadiums on STEX. It would be great if someone would BAT more. There's a good field by nomad1, that you could build a stadium around.
