I have a request for a 1x1 custom BAT/Lot for my CJ. Plopable and terrain comforming. I will always be using it in the side of a hill. Here is a picture I made in Photoshop of what I need

Ok first, I would like to request this building, I thnink everyone would aperciate this.
Ok, this is a not very well knwon building since, it's only in Tampa, it's the most unique building in tampa perhaps the world
Before the image, let me give you a description. This building is known as the Rivergate Center, it's a comercial Office building, and soon (it's in debate by city council as we speak) as well as a comercial building, the tampa art museum.
But besides that, that's all on the inside. What's so significant about it, atleast for Tampa is, is that it's a Urban Light House. There are 4 lights ontop of it that act as a lighthouse. Here's an article about it from The Tampa Tribune.
Here are specs of the building
Located on N. Ashley Street & East Kennedy Blvd (S.R 60) it's 31 stories high, and that's all I really know.

TAMPA - The tower represents a lighthouse, guarding the entrance to the city. Two beams of light shoot from the roof into the night sky, amplifying the lighthouse effect. A notch at the building's top represents a locking into the city grid, and the adjacent cubes mimic city blocks.

Every aspect of its design is linked to an ancient mathematical series.

And you thought it was nothing more than a brown building that looks like a beer can with two cubes stuck to its base.

Reaching 31 stories, the cylindrical Rivergate Tower at the northwest corner of Kennedy Boulevard and Ashley Drive casts one of the most distinctive marks on Tampa's skyline. Dubbed the beer can, the building and its adjoining five-story cubes are considered by some to be an architectural marvel that represents a gateway to the city. It was desighned by Harry Wolf in 1988.
Not only is this building significant, but its an amazing outdoor made to link everything cubical with it to the grid of the city, even the side walks. Not only this, there's a modern art statue infront of it.

If somebody could make the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta, which is also on SimCity 3000 (once the tallest hotel building in the world), I'd really appreciate it.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but, couldn't someone make props of all the cars included with the game (station wagon, semi trucks etc with all the colour variations)  - and i don't mean like the static props, I mean the props that appear in parking lots and driveways - it would add a lot more variety in the RCI zones. I (and probably alot of other people) would be very thankful if someone did do this.

Could someone please make FENWAY PARK. Also, the stub-end train station in Boston; SOUTH STATION....there's a photo of it on the first page of this thread. Something I would really like to see is a Maglev train station. They could work as airports but without the pollution and at higher costs and powerdemand. No tracks would be needed going away from the stationbuilding as it's thought to go well below the surface of the ground.

What i would like to see is a Growable Tim Hortons. I do have the one from the STEX and its quite decent but I would like to have more variety like SimGoober's best buy. Also I would like to request a few more Canadian Stores. Such as:

Loblaws, No Frills, Canadian Tire(I know the stex has one but i cant get it to grow).and of course a Shoppers Drug Mart.

The Canadian Tire from the STEX will grow. I have gotten it to quite easily in several of my cities. Just zone a 6x6 medium density zone, get out the bull dozer and destroy any of the other 6x6 custom content stores that might try to go there (Costco, Carrefour, Kohls etc).

id like to see some high tech industry skyscrapers, such as pharmaceutical companies thei head offices are normally equally as big as the commercial ones. ive always thought that shell like companies should have offices buildings as well refinereries and the like

Hello gang, I'm a long time lurker and SC fan, i've been playing for a while and have been working for months on a real world based Philadelphia, PA sim city. Using google maps and windows live local, i've been able to lay streets for Center city, University City, lower northeast , South philly and it is as accurate as the game will allow. My only problem is once I have zoned the streets I have completed, I am in need of BAT's of specific Philadelphia buildings that there are no replacements that can be used on STEX. I plan on uploading the finished product in the form of a CJ. I don't really have the time to actively update a progress based CJ like many of the greats of the forum have. As a matter of fact i can only devote a couple hours a day to the game. I suck at BATting and any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
