Also,  here is a site that has done many projects in the local massive neighborhood/community Winghaven , which houses 1,850 people in 26 diverse neighborhoods, and is the home to Mastercard's International Operations Center.

 

This is a forum thread for St. Louis projects, it has some very nice architecture.

I have started work on this one myself. The lot for this will be done soon. I can't make it fly or be a ground vehical but I can make the bat into a lot.

Could someone make a good variety of marsh plants - bulrushes, cattails, reeds? You could make them as a whole-tile model, like the SG crops, and make a prop family so they look realistic.

Guys I wanted to start up a project but I'm horriable with B.A.T. So could someone do this porject. I have been wanting to ask this for a while. You guys know oil is a big thing these days. Well I wanted to get an Oil rig in my seas for some time now. Theres all ready one in the exchange it's called the Offshore Oil Platform . That one is a lot file that I don't think looks that great. I mean its kinda good but needs some tuch ups. Now I have done some research and pulled up some pictures.

Vancouver Library looks really nice!

 

However, I have my own request: the Berlaymont building in Brussels. This is the official seat of the European Union. There is a lot of controversy surrounding this building, since many people seem to think it's a complete failure. It is apparently also dubbed the Berlaymonstre by some people.

 

After a long renovation due to the use of asbestos in the original building, it is now officially open again. Some pics:

 

 

 

 

The sticks you can see are actually flag poles, but I guess they removed all the flags here for some reason.

 

The building has an irregular ground plan, making it very recognizable, especially from the air:

It might be a bit tricky, but if someone could design a BAT for San Diego's Wyndham Emerald Plaza Hotel, I would be mucho happy. I tried making it on my own back in the days of the SC3000 BAT, but the result was kinda meh:

This request is directed at the BTE Farm team.  Currently, more and more small agricultural communities are building ethanol plants to convert corn to fuel.  I thought it would be a great idea to BAT an ethanol as a BTE reward for having a number of corn farms in your city.  Below is a link to one plant:

I think there are just to many buildings in the world who are so great that we need a bat of them... to bad..

But maybe some new monuments like statues, fountains, etc could be nice.

 

Or variation in schools, police, firedep., hospitals, public builidngs could be nice

 

Governmental buildings like ministries.. ( I guess I spelt it wrong but ok)

And a small request, or two.   Could someone please please please transform the Palace of the People, or Parliament Palace, like it's called now, in to SC4?? This building is HUGE, biggest building in Europe and 3rd larges in the world! You can find few images of it by following this link:

Reference pics of this seems to be great, but since I have never tried to do bat's I can't really tell..

 

But anyhow, I would be veryVERY happy if someone takes the challenge to reproduce the Parliament Palace in SC4, it would make great addition to any city that want's to have massive monuments.
