As for the baseball stadium - the surrounding area looks great. I bet seats near third base with a sea view will sell out quickly

Lol Nice Newspaper Darmok. Man The only time i been to a baseball game was when I was visiting In St. Louis. It was the Cardinals and can't remember other team. I was so little then lol I didn't know what was going on. It was fun though.

Not much time folks, sorry to say that I'm currently trying to save my region,
having problems with my HD i think, I've made a backup last week, will try with that!

Update on the HD problem

The game was always crashing when loading my new city, Cair Andros South, so I tried first to backup the regions folder, but I couldn't copy the folder it was like the PC didn't saw it I did but the PC didn't. I tought that it was gone

I had to reboot a couple of times before I could, after that I could load the game but it kept crashing.

So I tried a simple thing, i upgraded my video drivers, and I don't know if it was part of the problem, but so far no more crashes.

And it loks like the region folder is OK!

Hoping it'll stay that way! (I'll keep an eye on that HD from now on!)

Be patient more updates on the way!

around 5 updates left for MT and then we'll move to Belfalas

Update 18!
starring pics from phase 25 and 26

Just south of Plaza Jeroni, a zone has been kept for a future cultural sector! So the time is NOW!

A Museum is built, and dedicated art schools of elementary and high school level as well

An Art college is even added

A closer view of the college. A path is also planned, to give an easier access to the beach.

A smaller museum and a park are alo built.

Mens sana in corpore sano! A sound mind in a healthy body! A Soccer field and tennis courts, are available to the students so they are keeping a good shape!

Just a word to finish this update, the school sector as been redone with jeroni's fences since then. I'll try to post more recent pics either tonight or tomorrow.

So that was update 18, I know it's a short one, but these days I'm also short of time! (real sorry!) But I'll try to post as often as I can find some time!

nice cultural center! i really like the main building you used, good choice. also, the trees along the railroad tracks...just pure brilliance! there is usually some sort of buffer zone between RR tracks and surrounding buildings, what a great idea...oh...did i mention i do it too? hehe. this would be a great city to live in for any sim. i will be waiting for the next update.
