this is an awesome update!

It's great that you show us how you work. Thanks for all those links to BAT's, and thanks for spending your time on giving us these links.

about the money thing, I also don't care about it, but you need it to build. I use the Click For cash money lots ver. 2, but now I see that there are some other money lots I have to try:)

Keep the good work up, I will look a bit closer at the pics later, and try to give some minor suggestions, if there are things I can suggest since everything is so close to perfect, or just perfect!

Whoa! I'm speechless. Your terraforming is incredible and your transportation networks put all others to shame.

40.gif40.gif40.gif40.gif40.gif 5/5!

This city journal has given me a lot of inspiration as well. I have started a new city and in it I have been able to build a decent port thanks to all those links you gave us earlier! I'm really glad that this city is on simtropolis!

This one of the most realistic, aesthetically pleasing cities I have seen. Well done! I like your lots too and am now using them quite extensively in my region.

Thanks for providing the links to all of those lots, I did not have any of that oil stuff.

I look forward to seeing more of you region.

The sloping sides of that peninsula are amazing! That city looks like it's going to be cool! I can't wait to see the people move in! By the way what are you going to put in that lower area by the avenue in picture 9.5. Thanks for the link by the way!

that picture in 9.7 is intriguing. What are the two obelisks on either side of the hammer-head-like peninsula. As always, this is a top-not creation.

    a great update... again...

The tunnel looks really good. Whenever I have a tunnel I always destroy it a few times by accident26.gif

I'm wondering, what is the black/gray (looks a bit like rail...) thing behind the trees on your highway walls? It doesn't look bad or so, I just want to know what it is16.gif
And why are you using the seawalls (am I right?) beside the avenue in pic 9.5?

and the same question as uncrazycooper13, what will the empty space in 9.5 become?

In the lower right corner of pic 9.4 I see rail, a road going uphill, with some development around it. I really want to know how it looks like42.gif

    Keep the pictures coming!!!!44.gif44.gif44.gif44.gif44.gif

It's so wonderful to see a cj like this. Not only is it very attractive and realistic looking, it's also very informative. I'm learning a few things by reading this cj. Great work!

Nice Region you got there Jeroni!!! Keep up the great work you do!

Got a question for you, how do you get those railroad tunnels next to eachother without a 1 tile space in between????

Sorry to ask what has already been asked, but it's been bugging me and I know I'm not the only one who has no clue how to make that happen.

Building two tunnels next to each other requires some trial and error. I think both entrances have to be at exactly the same height, not sure about it. I managed to build a few double tunnels in my city. Just try, terraform, and try again untill it works.

hehe! I've got another bat question lol. Did you get those navy things from PEG recently, meaning has he re-released them somewhere? Other than that this is a GREAT update. I saw all those highways and landscaping you've done in the rest of the city and I can tell this is going to be great. Like I said before, I can't wait to see people move into this city!

the people of maxis must have dreamt about cities like this! LOL. Your use of BAT's is great. I like the way you build and work with SC4, and that you show your style. I'm learning every update!!!

Thank you for answering all those questions. I'm going to try seawalls on land today. And I didn't say that it was rail, only that it looks like rail, haha. I understand why you did this.

I wish you a lot of building fun. Shouldn't be a problem though3.gif

    SCULPTING COLUMBIA RIVER  UPDATE 11

    The main tunnel entrance.

After the Navy is arrived to CR Port de Soller, it is time to go back in time and have a  look to some special work that the city major made on the main underwater tunnel.

11.1  Before we start, a last look to those great naval lots.

    /idealbb/files/Portaaviones.jpg

11.2  Something happened when development started. I call it the Sword. Is that terrain conforming?

    /idealbb/files/La

11.3  This is the original terraforming made for the tunnels.Note the inexistent peninula slope....38.gif

    /idealbb/files/Tunel01.jpg

11.4  After some hours of work and luck.... the entrance looks much better....

    /idealbb/files/Tunel031.jpg

11.5 And not only the entrance.... The Guardians of the City exist from now on... 17.gif

    /idealbb/files/Guardians

    11.6 A front view....29.gif

    /idealbb/files/Guardians

    11.7 And a zoom on a Guardian....

    /idealbb/files/Guardian.jpg

11.8 After that, the major needed some relaxation, so he build a train station for those travelling sims to come...

    /idealbb/files/La

11.9  In the next updates,we will see some crazy development... Those europeans and its roundabouts
