Images & Thumbnails failed to Load

Hi, I came across this problem where many Images & Thumbnails on this website failed to load properly. It happened sporadically here and there. I tried to refresh the page but to no avail sometimes.

I didn't use any extensions at all. I tried to wait until the image to load for few minutes but it still won't show up. I also check my internet connections, it was all fine and all other websites work perfectly fine.

Did anybody face the same problem?

My initial thought was maybe you were in the UK where imgur images are blocked, but that's not the case. (At least based one the location you show as part of your profile info.) And then, too, those thumbnail images are hosted right here on ST so that rules out imgur interference.

Here's how I see Jason's page from your top image:

 

I wonder if it's cache related? Next time CB logs in I'll ask him to clear all caches and then see if they rebuild and work better for you.

Also as a test, I'm going to use the exact same image linkys and post a few here to see if they show up for you:

Yes, I'm not from the UK, I'm in Singapore at the moment. The 3rd image only partially load. All full size image doesn't load at all. I tried refreshing the page couple of times but it still won't load fully.

This does tell us that it's not specifically being blocked (which I hope is a good sign). The next step will be when CB can clear the caches and I'm not certain what time that'll be, but one of us will post back here when it's done.
