Distorted RHW Offramp

I have an issue with RHW flexramp distortion since upgrading to NAM 49 - shown in the uploaded image.

Is this a known bug or is it an issue with my NAM configurations or graphics? I'm running DirectX 10 on Windows 10 Pro (onboard Intel HD graphics). Traffic is configured in EU left side mode. Game locale is set to UK English in Steam properties.

Traffic still seems to  run through these though, it seems to be just a cosmetic issue. It only happens in one  direction as shown in the picture.
