Roads Over RHW

Have the road/avenue over RHW tiles been dropped in the latest NAM version?

I'm sure they were in a previous version under the roads menu, and I was using them before to run roads over sunken RHW networks (I've just upgraded from v.44 after a several month hiatus). The only way I can see it now is to use the dragable elevated roads/avenues but that needs extra trench width.

    Actually disregard, I found the answer below and how to recover it in NAM installation settings.
