MBEAR NAM Roundabout Bus Station Missing Texture

Hello! I'm looking through all the content that I've accumulated for SimCity 4. There seems to be a missing texture for these NAM Roundabout Bus Stations by MBEAR. The same with this Canal Bus Station. Additionally, there also seems to be a missing texture for the bus stop labeled, "parking garage bus stop," at the bottom. If anyone would know where those textures might be, well, I would greatly appreciate any assistance in helping me solve this! Thank you so much!

More probably is a missing prop than a texture, but I don't remember seeing anything in that spot on those lots.

Thank you! I forgot that I had the Oops Mod from Pegasus installed. I tried a blank plugins folder with just those transit stations, the latest SC4D LEX Legacy BSC Common Dependencies Pack, and the NAM in my plugins folder to get the same result with brown boxes instead. Seeing past photographs of those stations, it looks to me like the missing prop has to do with the lights surrounding the inside of each station. Thank you again!

Edit: My lead is on https://seesaawiki.jp/w/masahiromirai/d/MBEAR NAM Roundabout Bus Stops BSC. Included below is a screenshot from that link translated using the built-in translation feature of the Microsoft Edge browser. Would anyone know what the contents of MBEAR Support Files on the SC4Devotion LEX was? Also, maybe, I was wrong about lights surrounding the inside of each station. I don't see any in the screenshot below. I thought I saw those in the Can't find it? thread earlier today, but maybe, I was mistaken. Thank you once again.

Anyway, that's it from me for now on this. If this proves to be too difficult, then I'll just remove the items from my plugins folder. Thank you again!

Edit 3: Mystery solved for the Parking Garage Bus Stop, at least! It required "BSC Mega Props - Mikeseith vol02.dat", which does not seem to currently be a part of SC4D LEX Legacy - BSC Common Dependencies Pack V9b.
