Level and train track

i can't do train track for not good quality of level.

i tried with SimCity basic terraforming leveler but isnt possibile anyway..

any helps?

Is this happening on flat, open terrain? Or is there development nearby? Sometimes other structures will prevent slight terrain alterations that are needed for the tracks to lay flat. 

Do you have some type of slope mod installed? You may nee more room to run the tracks to allow the terrain to adlust.

    Note that a slope mod does not make building networks easier, rather the opposite, it will make it harder.

    If you installed the NAM, by default it will install a slope mod for the RRW. If you prefer not to have this, you have to re-install NAM and select not to install the RRW Tunnel and Slope Mod.
