Any SPAM-compatible include any really agricultural job sinks?

I'm using SPAM and I still have a lot of AG demand. I have a city of about 600,000 people and average EQ is about 180-190. I'm curious if there are any huge agricultural job sink plugins that are compatible with SPAM?

Sadly, no. SPAM has not been very successful compared to CAM. You have to consider that with SPAM there is a large imbalance in RCI demand due to improper changes in job statistics and favoring agricultural demand. Because of these poorly executed changes you will have problems with SPAM unlike with CAM
