Who owns these models?

I downloaded a file called Big Bob's Traffic School by minidoxiegirlie from 2004 that was missing the building model but included 2 models that are not part of the lot

can someone identify them?   both are called building2  thanks in advance

I saw this file recently, and got a chuckle. Most traffic/driving schools I've ever seen consist of a frightened old man and a high-schooler in a car looking for an empty lot to practice in. Most of them operate out of their house. As far as the buildings/and or props, they don't even look vaguely familiar but if I was to hazard a guess I'd say they're off something over at Touts. Only 80 some pages to wade through.
