DAMN on Mac?

Is there anyone that has a functioning and useable DAMN setup on Mac that could perhaps help me figure out what I'm missing (if anything)? I can install via SSPTools, add lots to menus, generate an index, and get the "link" and then separate menu window in the game, however nothing shows up in the DAMN window. I have it installing DAMN inside the app package, not just inside the SimCity 4 folder inside Steam's directory, which seems to be correct (I wasn't getting the separate menu window to show up when I had it installed in the folder instead of the app package). Am I missing something, is it just not possible to get it working on Mac, or do I have to go through the hassle of virtualizing the Windows version of a DAMN manager to get it to work properly?

As far as I know, DAMN requires a .dll file to work, if that is correct it is impossible to use it on a Mac. A .dll ‘injects’ code that modifies the main .exe, anything that does this falls foul of a change in Catalina where the OS won’t allow it. Previously there had been a mod to make .DLLs work with the Mac game, but with the Catalina changes it was abandoned since there is no work-around possible any more.
