Good material and topic @SIM-ple Jack! My turn.

Now then, I recently downloaded the famed "Playa" set which features numerous beach-related props and buildings. Although the collection is good as it is, I was a little bit upset that no prop families were used in this material. This means that beach setting with these lots in place may become repetitive fairly quickly.

What I did was to create special prop families. One for the beachgoers, the other for umbrellas... This made the relotted set more random even with the repeated use of items.

Here's the effect. Can you Guys spot the differences?

The airplane is one of Barocco Hispano's props. Unsure about the building, it's from a collection of farm props. Tyberius would be the better one to ask. BTW, the building is actually 3 buildings squashed together in LE.
