Lighting is displayed as  RGB randomly.   I am playing Steam version with needed patching for night lighting. I do not have darknite and am not using any BAT's/Lots darknite versions.   What the heck did I do? Please help.   Sure this has been discussed previously but I panicked when I realized the amount of topics.   Forgive me.   Much appreciated.   Be Well!

The in-game lightcones, are missing the textures required to display lighting, when an S3D model has no texture, you get this 4-colour "test pattern" instead.

Usually for this to happen, you would have forgotten to install a vital component of either the USL or LRM lighting mods, do you have a version of either installed? Because if this is happening without mods, then something is wrong between the graphics system and SC4.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.
