Finally,

I could finish my lots for volume 1, I just 25% upload them, the rest maybe upon request, because I am not sure that many peep like 'em since my star not increasing. But anyway, this is just showcase, just in case anyone here want 'em, then I will make the megalots in one packs to use. I will write the instruction especially for growable and scietific lots. So please comment about these lots I have created. Some of them are already in STEX, and thank you for those who like my creation...

I think you should release them. I see some really nice buildings and lots that would fit like a glove in my futuristic cities :)

    Yes...please be patient since I am still testing those for my several cities. After sometime run, there are few problems that I must fix.
