TSS Lorina? [Solved]

Howdy friends,

So I found this file for a vessel TSS Lorina.  In the description, it says its a ploppable item. Even over water. I figured like a park lot or something.  However, I don't think it is because when I unzip and drop into the Plugins, it's just a solitary file.  It doesn't show any other files like a lot file or anything.  Instructions say to just unzip the file and place in Plugins.  It doesn't show up in gameplay.  It's not in any of the mayor menus.  I tried to look it up in Lot Editor but it's not there either so I don't think it's a lot file.  What sort of file is this?  How do I get this item to work in gameplay?  I feel kinda dumb but I'm stumped! lol

What file format does the solitary file have? Perhaps your unzipping was not successful? The download file has the .7z format not the more ubiquitous ZIP. You might need to use another extractor tool. Have a look at https://www.7-zip.org/

For me at least this worked without any issues just now:

You were right!  I used a different zip tool and it worked.
